After moving home from overseas I tried so many studios that seemed impersonal, didn’t focus enough on form or rushed through the class but Pilates Hard delivered everything I was looking for. I’ve now been a regular for a few years and couldn’t imagine ever going anywhere else!

Michael Jones Such an amazing gym! I have trained combat sports at a few gyms but never have I felt so welcomed. Not just the staff but the members are all super supportive and friendly. Niceties aside the training and coaches are top notch for what ever stage in your Muay Thai journey you are in. Absolute premium for technique and respect for the sport. Only leaving out of circumstances out of my control and I wish strike and the fight team the best of Luck. 10/10

Jennifer Doumas Saint Haven is truly divine. From the moment you step inside, you step into to a world of relaxation, wellness, and luxury. The facilities are unmatched. I love the an oxygen chamber, ancient bathhouse (includes a cold plunge, a sauna, steam room), PEMF mat with infrared lights, and a fully equipped gym. It’s everything you need to recharge both body and mind. I also love the cafe - the food is nourishing and delicious, and the smoothies are on next level (Salted Caramel is my favourite). Every visit, I’m met with the warmest welcome from the staff—they’re friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about your experience. In the busyness of Melbourne, Saint Haven is the perfect escape to reset, refresh, and realign. Highly recommend!

Fadi Isaac Good gym and definitely will be extending my membership longer due to one of the staff members Braedon. Braedon’s customer service makes other gyms look pale in comparison. I’ve trained at various gyms but Crunch Rockdale truly is the star on top thanks to my man Braedon. For any membership enquiries or gym concerns I highly recommend you speak to Braedon.
