The Move Studio - VIC

Neha Sandher Sarah Minton at the Move Studio is a very dedicated and knowledgeable trainer with real eye for right technique. I started training with Sarah after having several medical issues and her personal training style changed my life. No problem is too big for her to work around and tailor the programme to individual needs. Additionally keeping the number of members small in a class leads to lot of attention and focus from her to ensure her clients follow correct techniques. I highly recommend her to anyone starting their fitness journey or working through medical conditions while maintaining theirs goals.
