5 /5 Bridie F: Amy is a great instructor, I’ve been going to her level 1 class for a few months now. (You have the option to level up to level 2 in the same class). She has a great teaching approach that is supportive and encouraging. I don’t like feeling pressured to push beyond my safe zone and Amy respects that whilst also encouraging me to progress. She also makes a great effort to know everyone’s name and include us all throughout the class.

5 /5 Jules Brooker Flow and Flourish: I’ve been house and puppy sitting for my daughter in Melbourne, and it’s been such a bonus to discover RISE Pilates. The studio is warm, friendly and genuinely welcoming. Every teacher in every class I attended offered thoughtful, individual alignment cues, which really helped me get the most out of each session. Such a high standard of teaching in a fun, supportive space. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Sarah ******: Highly recommended Amy Nolan in the beginners classes for anyone nervous about joining. Id never tried pilates before and can experience anxiety but Amy made me feel so welcome and took the time before the class to run me through a few things. She also checked in with me during the class to make sure I was doing OK, and regularly gave prompts as to how the reformer should be set up. Its been a very positive experience.
