Gary Ford Absolutely fantastic service. I cant believe the negative comments I am reading because our experience was so different. Weve come over from England for a holiday to see family and my daughters wanted to look in Pandora. The prices here are about half the price of the shops in the UK. Jordan was fantastic with the girls (14 & 10), couldnt help enough. Even put the new charms on for them, chatted and gave lots of advise. We went back a few weeks later as the girls wanted to spend some more there. Jordan recognised us straight away and was really helpful again. Even advised my eldest on some lost items because of something faulty . She was fantastic, great knowledge, friendly, and helpful . Even had her photo taken with the girls. Shes a credit to your store and company. These negative comments must be from people believing they could get something for nothing.

Sophia Celestia My best friend and I recently visited Moi Moi at QVB to browse engagement rings and treat myself to a birthday gift — and we couldn’t have been more impressed. We booked an appointment online and were warmly welcomed in-store. Although it was busy at the time, we were offered refreshments while we waited, and we enjoyed browsing their stunning collection in the meantime. Sanyam assisted us and was an absolute standout — friendly, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. We walked in unsure of what we were after, but thanks to Sanyam’s helpful insights and suggestions, we were able to confidently narrow down our options. He helped my friend custom design her dream ring, and I selected a few favourites for my own wishlist—plus found the perfect necklace to treat myself for my birthday. The personalised wishlist was such a thoughtful touch, making it easy for our partners to find exactly what we love when the time comes. I left feeling so happy and excited. 11/10 experience.
