She took genuine interest in what I was requesting and spent a lot of time to ensure I would find exactly the right item. Reflections is a wonderful place to shop and they deserve to do really well because they genuinely care about their customers.

Susan Jowett I went into Harli and Harpa today at Eastland 11/8 looking for a chain that I bought a few weeks ago that I absolutely loved, but sadly lost. I must say, the two girls that helped me went beyond my expectations trying to find the chain in store and online. The service I received was exceptional. I wish I took down their names, but one was blonde and the other dark haired. Thank you so much for trying so so hard and even though i didnt get to buy it again, you both tried so hard .
