Erica Bosloper Jason is a very knowledgeable, motivational, organised, patient and passionate trainer and I am absolutely ecstatic! with the results he has helped me achieve from 28 training sessions over the last 14 weeks. Jasons sessions are always varied with a predominant focus on strength & resistance training to increase my general fitness, correct my posture and prepare me for a 6 week ski trip. I have had a lot of fun along the way and many interesting conversations. I would highly recommend Jason! & look forward to more training sessions in 2023 :-)
