1 /5 Ali Harvey: DO NOT USE THESE LAWYERS. Do yourself a favour and do not appoint these lawyers unless you want everything to go wrong. Ive never had a settlement go so wrong in my life thanks to Schembri & Co Lawyers and Ive been through plenty. They were appointed by the vendor in a recent transaction, I brought forward the settlement date, both parties agreed to this in writing, they were given 60 days notice of the change and somehow blamed me for the settlement not going ahead when they knew exactly what date we both agreed too. I received 5 settlement dates from them in the end after they missed our agreed to date. 5th times a charm with Schembri & Co. To be fair maybe they are just terrible at property transactions upon reading other reviews... Either way approach with caution. In my personal experience, they are TERRIBLE.

Her communication was responsive, clear and professional at all times. At critical points she worked on past business hours to make sure it went well. They were very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. They always kept us informed every step of the way when we recently sold our property. Phone calls and emails were regular and very informative. They were also very friendly and also patient when answering our many questions. We were extremely happy with their outstanding service!!
