Staying Active - Gordon - VIC
Gillian King We are regulars at this gym. I love that each person gets an individual program tailored to their capacity and goals. All sessions are supervised by university-trained Exercise Physiologists who give extra tips on technique. Your program is reviewed every few months and you get new exercises. I have now built up a large repertoire of exercises that I know how to do safely. Best of all, I have had no falls since starting at Active Seniors.

Elena Yakhnova I’ve been seeing Georgena for a sore neck, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. She is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to helping her patients feel better. After just a couple of sessions, my neck pain improved significantly, and she made sure I understood every step of the treatment and how to continue caring for it at home. Georgena is professional and truly exceptional at what she does. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and caring physiotherapist!

Elemental Aerial, Fitness and Recovery Studio - VIC
K Reid The most loving, welcoming and inclusive studio I have ever been to. Amazingly talented and caring staff. It takes a while for me to warm up and trust new people but here I felt right at ease. I have never and will never be judged here and I know that, that is something I can always count on. Absolutely beautiful people who push you to always do your best and testing your ability while keeping you safe at the same time. I have not seen this level of care at any other studio I have ever been to. Thank you so much Elemental staff!
