And let me tell you, the customer service provided by Meriza, the sales rep, is absolutely exceptional. Today, I went in to return something but ended up treating myself to even more beautiful jewelry. Trust me, I have zero regrets. Evripides Kouspos Id like to call out Eleanor for her excellent service. We took my daughters broken earrings into the store to be repaired, but we didnt have a receipt as they were a Christmas gift. Eleanor advised that they could be repaired or replaced as long as we had a receipt. The following week we went back into the store with a receipt from their Doncaster store. Rather then giving us the run around, sending the earrings for repairs, and waiting 6 weeks etc Eleanor and the team (I believe the Regional Manager was there) replaced them at no extra charge. This is a perfect example of common sense customer service and moving forward Ill definitely be purchasing from Saleras Chadstone.

Anu Iyer I have bought few items in the last couple months. I was happy with their service especially the young girl. She is very helpful and customer friendly. But I was very disappointed with the person who served me on 11/08/24. She was very sarcastic and rude. I will think twice about going back to this shop now.

Simone We had our wedding rings made by Ray. They are beautiful quality. I highly recommend. You will have much better quality, made to your design for much cheaper than the chain stores.
