Christine Barnes I would put minus stars if I could. An unreasonable company to deal with who rely on email (which defaulted to junk mail) as legal documents. I had a change of credit card due to a fraud and was totally unaware that my payments had been rejected by the old card (should have automatically debi8ted to the new card) until I was contacted "BY PHONE" by a debt collection company. Pathetic customer service to a client of many many years.
