samantha camilia This gym is amazing! The staff are some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met – always welcoming, approachable, and ready to help with anything you need. The space is kept spotless, with equipment cleaned regularly and everything well-maintained. It creates such a positive and comfortable environment to work out in. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a gym.

Orton Ko Great all-round gym, more than enough strength machines, dumbbells, squat racks, cardio machines, and equipment in general I rarely have to wait in line. Staff are always friendly, great amenities and atmosphere, and amazing cleanliness all around the gym.

Nick I’ve been to many boxing gyms and this is my favourite easily. The people are friendly and there is enough equipment to do any boxing related workout. They offer great classes and you can do your own thing for only $5 on Monday and Wednesday afternoons

Zac Sanchez PT Mai is amazing. She has completely transformed my attitude to fitness. Mentally and physically, I am much fitter after Mais classes. I never thought each week I would look forward so much to her intense classes. We all know the amount of energy, planning and hard work she puts in, and we all know it is not easy to run such a big class. We are all so thankful. Let’s keep smashing it!!!
