Tom ODwyer Really good quality coaching and friendly environment. The team really know how to teach good technique and modify exercises around any restrictions. Also its a very family friendly gym and being able to bring my 6 month old to the gym has made it so much easier to keep fit while on parental leave.

Ann We attend Kangaroos with Coach Gaby and we LoooOoooooVE her! Shes an amazing balance of firm and fun! She has helped my little sprog gain so much confidence in just giving things a go! As a kindergarten teacher, her lessons are creative, well prepared and just really engaging! We have loved the last 6 mths and cant wait for Term 3.

Kat Houghton I’ve been attending Active Mums recently after giving birth to my second child, and it has been such a positive experience! Losing weight has been challenging, but the classes have really helped strengthen my core and improve my fitness. The best part is that I can bring both my baby and my three-year-old toddler along, which makes it so much easier to fit exercise into my routine. The environment is welcoming, and Julie the instructor is great at supporting postpartum mums. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to get back into fitness after having a baby!
