After training here for a while, I’ve clearly felt positive changes in my body. I truly love this place and highly recommend it. The location is also super convenient—just a short walk from the metro.

Chelci Cox Ive had an amazing experience with +4 over the last 8 weeks. Jared is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. Despite being in and out of lockdowns and being unable to come into the gym, Jared is still providing excellent service, checking in regularly and always available for questions. Over the last 8 weeks I have seen some great results including weight loss, muscle gain and a huge increase in my energy levels - Thanks Jared!

Adrin I’ve been taking Pilates classes with Nariman for a while now, and I can confidently say she is one of the best instructors I’ve ever had. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to everyone’s needs. The classes are always well-structured, and Nariman ensures that each person is working at their own level while gently encouraging improvement. The studio itself has a modern, fresh feel – clean and well equipped. The environment is energizing, which makes every session both enjoyable and productive. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my strength, flexibility and overall well-being since starting these classes. Highly recommend Nariman and the studio to anyone looking to improve their fitness in a supportive and modern space!
