Otto K Its a lovely beach with lots of space to social distance on the sand. The national park also makes a great backdrop. The waves and rips are however consistently on the more dangerous side and I would suggest not venturing far in unless youre a strong swimmer. It is a great surf beach however.

Having Strong (if you havent tried this class yet you really should) and Reformer Pilates in the same place provides GREAT diversity for training - Both very challenging in their own way. All the trainers are wonderful, facilities pristine and equipment is new. Highly recommend giving this studio a go

Rob The gym is super well equipped, the team environment is supportive and motivating, and coach Steve knows exactly when to push you or tell you to dial it back. Doesnt matter if youre lifting the bar or 200kg, trying weightlifting for the first time or wanting to go to national championships, this is a great place to train and Steve will help you get there. Bonus points for friendly gym dog!

Shaylah Nash Ive been a member at NRG Essendon for a year now, and it’s hands down the best gym I’ve ever been to! The front desk staff are absolutely amazing—always welcoming, friendly, and ready to help with anything you need. The equipment is top-notch, better than any other gym I’ve tried, and there’s plenty of variety to suit all fitness levels and goals. What really sets NRG Essendon apart, though, is the community. The patrons are so friendly and encouraging; it’s hard not to feel motivated when you walk in and are greeted with smiles all around. I cannot recommend NRG Essendon enough. If you’re looking for a place to work out that’s welcoming, well-equipped, and just all-around fantastic, this is it.
