Leetam Teo Exceptional Gym and Professional Team I began my fitness journey in 2023, and Fred has been my personal trainer since then. He is professional, kind, and possesses an excellent understanding of exercise physiology. His enthusiasm and passion for fitness are evident in every session. Importantly, Fred demonstrates a collaborative approach — he worked closely with my physiotherapist to ensure a safe and effective transition back into training following my injury. Form Fitness is supported by an outstanding team of personal trainers who are consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional, fostering a positive and motivating training environment. I would also like to acknowledge Jesse for his valuable contribution to my progress, as well as Ryan and Ethan, whose calm and friendly demeanour add to the great atmosphere. The supportive and uplifting culture at Form Fitness is a testament to the strong leadership of Jera (Manager) and Ricky (Owner), whose dedication to excellence and member wellbeing is clearly reflected throughout the gym.
