Tess Sloane Studio High St is a great Pilates studio. Ruths functional Pilates classes have been amazing for my hypermobility and previous injuries. I worked with Ruth for a few years building strength in her classes. I then attended Ruths classes during my pregnancy to stay fit and mobile. As a result I only had 1/2 cm of ab seperation. Ruth is a flexible instructor who works with all different types of injuries, conditions and limitations in a class setting. I would recommend her classes for anyone who wants to build strength and have a pilates instructor that is dynamic, flexible and fun.
