Marty Professional, brilliant, unique, local. Antoinette and her team are nothing short of amazing. I contacted heavy metal to organise a secret engagement ring and was guided through from start to finish with the best customer service and expertise you could ask for. After my beloved said yes, we returned for our wedding rings and Antoinette once again went above and beyond with her advice and assistance. We don’t go anywhere else for jewellery now. Cam Yowdontknowwhoiam Purchased a pair of gold hoop earrings. Taking them out of the box they both bent. They are rubbish quality, and unwearable. They have never been worn. Visited the store with proof of purchase, 3 days after original sale. Sales woman agreed the quality was very poor. Store called back the following day and offered discount on another purchase. They didnt disclose what that discount would be. Wont buy anything there again.

This past weekend my boyfriend and I were browsing at this beautiful store when he spotted a ring in the window and asked me to try it on. Irene and Travis were so lovely and welcoming, they let us browse and be in our own thoughts but were incredibly generous with their time and expertise whenever we did have a question about a piece of jewellery. We left the store, but we returned about 2 minutes later and my then-boyfriend, now-fiancé bought that same beautiful ring he’d admired in the window. And right then and there, surrounded by hundreds of other tokens of love from across the decades, he asked me to marry him. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect moment, so thank you Irene and Travis for being part of our story and treating us with such kindness and generosity. I’ll never forget it. Of all the rings I’ve tried on, I’ve never seen one so classic, beautiful and “me”. You can’t beat an antique ring for the quality, style and knowing it has a story behind it. We bought the ring on Saturday, picked it up perfectly resized on Monday. So you simply must visit this store when you are in Leura, and I wish you all the same luck we had.
