The way they packaged my gift and provided a gift card for me to write in and stickers for my daughter. Best customer service I’ve received in a long while!

The service, knowledge and ability to understand what we wanted was impressive. We have since had 3 children, and Joseph came up with an amazing design for an interlocking pendant. We had one made for every family member and they now sit beautifully on a necklace my wife wears.....very close to her heart.
