Yathreb Bey I’ve been attending R&R studio for a while now! The trainers are very nice and welcoming. They cater to different levels. The studio its self is very clean and tidy.

Jane Bennett I have been attending Kieser for quite some time now, seeing the lovely physiotherapist Brewster. Started initially with a severe injury, and was very happy with my progress in recovering that. In only a few weeks, I was able to move so much better, my body no longer ‘locked up’, and the nagging pain I had much reduced. A separate injury cropped up and he and the team have helped me cope with that. It is not just a gym, but a specialised rehabilitation facility that takes pride in what it does and does it excellently. A recent consultation with a highly qualified surgeon specialist endorsed Kieser and its team of movement and exercise specialists strongly. I continue to attend twice weekly, keeping my body in as good condition as possible. The staff at Kieser are so professional, very supportive and all very welcoming, encouraging and great to deal with. I very much like the fact that they are all tertiary qualified, they really know their stuff and I like the strong focus on scientific research, objective measurements and tracking improvement. Am very pleased I decided to try them out, when I was feeling frustrated, not knowing what to do to get better. I continue to feel in very good hands.

Liam Terpens I did a trial here and I must say the machines and equipment were great! It was well kept and clean. I was also very impressed with the manager Ben. He was very friendly and showed he had a lot of pride in keeping the gym clean and a happy environment!
