The apartment itself is top-notch – spacious, modern, and so well-maintained. The quality of the living space truly exceeded my expectations. But what really sets The Vic apart is the incredible staff. Kevin, Grace, and Stephanie have made this entire experience unforgettable. They are so kind, attentive, and genuinely care about making sure residents feel at home. Whether I needed assistance with a question or just a little help settling in, they were always there with a smile, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Its rare to find a place where both the living conditions and the people make such a positive impact, but The Vic on Park Row has absolutely nailed it. Highly recommend to anyone looking for not just a great apartment, but a place where youre treated with kindness and respect every step of the way.

Fenella Clarke Yvonne is incredibly patient, while still pushing you to do your best. Classes are fun and you feel fantastic afterwards. There are classes to suit all ages and all abilities. She has done wonders to help with my fitness levels while taking into account existing injuries
