Anthony Potter Booked an appointment for a valuation days in advance, received a confirmation email, stood out front of business in the cold for 45mins. No answer on phone number provided and no reply to my email until next day only to be to that a valuer isnt on site anyway and Id have to leave my goods and that he never received my booking and he dosnt work Saturdays ( my booking was on a monday) yet I had received a confirmation of my booking and after all that not even and apologie. Ayah Dalati 5/5 star customer service. I went to a previous jeweller who I have been going to for so long and honestly their customer service has just gone down hill. Walked in here and had no expectation to buy at all but honestly the man Amjed helped my sister and I so much. Highly recommend despite the previous 1 star review.

Devi Swamynathan Excellent customer service. Loved the ambience. Cordial and welcoming staff. You get to choose from a huge variety. We also get to customise our jewelry which is delivered on time as promised which is a great add-on. Great quality gold, silver and gems. Go for it. Highly recommend
