STRONG Pilates Gladesville - VIC

Hassell Kirsty I’ve been going to Strong Gladesville most days for the last 7/8 weeks now and absolutely love it! The classes aren’t just great for building strength physically — they’ve made such a difference mentally too. Every session pushes you in the best way, and the variety keeps it fun and challenging. All the instructors, other members & the manager are super friendly and welcoming — it’s such a nice vibe where you never feel judged, no matter your fitness level, or if you show up super early for the classes!! I always leave feeling stronger and happier. The session aren’t just Pilates, it’s a mix of cardio & strength too - which I didn’t know until I did the 10day trail … I even convinced my partner to try it out the 10days and he rated it (if he didn’t work away he’d be a member too!) Honestly - Couldn’t recommend it more! P.S at the end of the session you get a cold towel infused with eucalyptus and it’s literally life changing at the end!!

Ranges Pilates - VIC

Martine Baxter Doing Pilates with Rosemary has made a vast difference to the way I am able to move my body. I have gained an awareness of how my body works and look forward to the sessions and how they motivate me. Rosemary is professional and the studio environment is very calm.
