5 /5 Emma Brisson: Janusz is an amazing coach - hes personable, knowledgeable, and has a great sense of humour. He coached me as a beginner and helped me get strong. He has something to offer beginners, really strong competitive lifters, and everyone in between. 10/10

5 /5 Padraic ONeill: Vanguard Barbell club, though small, is kitted out with gear that can cater to anybody ranging from an absolute novice to resistance training to an international power lifting competitor. What sets Vanguard apart from the rest is that coach Janusz actually has experience coaching at both of these extremes and everything in between. With a movement focus and individualised approach, I would recommend Vanguard Barbell to anybody looking to improve their strength or body composition.

5 /5 Eric Dittloff: Before training with Janusz, I was a mollusc. Now, I am something like a soft-shelled crustacean. Within weeks, the beginner barbell program improved the way I felt and moved in daily life. After years of slowly escalating disc injuries, I didnt think I would ever be this confident getting under a bar, or with that kind of weight. Janusz is a patient teacher, an effective communicator and a dry wit. He gets results. Highly recommended.
