1 /5 Airlie W: Might be a good idea if you want sales to not answer the phone and put in on the bench without saying a word and walking away (no one was talking in the background)or answering and then hanging straight up. Twice. Very disappointing start and if that is the level of customer service they offer I shudder to think of how it progresses.
