Kate Shum Fantastic range of state of the art equipment, cardio, free weights and machines. Pilates classes are great, have also tried the HIIT sessions and they are also excellent. I got a personalised program when I started, with three different work outs for plenty of variety.

They cater from beginners to advanced, men’s classes, pregnancy to post-partum, hot Pilates, there is something for everyone . Each session leaves me feeling stronger, more balanced, and totally uplifted. Core Culture is the OG Pilates studio in Newport, can’t recommend it enough - truly the best Pilates experience around!
