Heba Mamdouh I highly recommend Charles! He always does an amazing job! On April 10, 2025, I sent an email to Charles to get my letter of eligibility to practise my profession certified. I urgently needed this done as I was overseas and if I had done it in the country where I was, I would have had to waste time, energy, and money to go myself to the department of foreign affairs and department of justice to get it stamped. Charles was very kind and agreed to help me. On the same day, Charles replied to me that he was happy to help. The process was very smooth and efficient, and on the same day he notarised it and sent it to the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade for an Apostille. Charles kept me updated throughout the whole process and on April 22, he told me he received the document. The document was stamped, certified, and dated by both him and the Apostille.
