Janice Sugden I have been a member for over 20 years and my preferred branch was Sutherland, all the staff are usually friendly. However there is one teller that was so completely rude to me the first time i met her, i was actually shaking, i asked her a question and she was tapping her fingers, looking away, mimicking me and saying my name in a very insulting and drawn out way. I was so disgusted, i saw that the Manager went to her, but i dont believe Christina at IMB Bank at Sutherland Branch was reprimanded , i only hope this treatment doesnt happen to other innocent people.

Jon and Ed (whom I deal with) are both super nice guys who I genuinely feel have our back.
