Natalie Atlas Jackson is amazing, friendly and approachable! As someone who has had a bad run with gyms and PTs in the past Jackson is the opposite and makes me motivated to get to the gym. He listens to what I want and what I feel comfortable with, and then adapts the exercises to help me reach my goals. Will be recommending him to everyone.
