Ashleigh Tzaros My husband went to the diamond guys prior to our engagement for my ring and could not speak highly enough about Antony and Ivor. When it was time to get wedding rings he was adamant that they were the only people we needed to see. Although I am thorough with my research whenever making a purchase it was absolutely clear cut (pardon the pun) that the team at the diamond guys are the best in Melbourne. They guided me through the process, made my decision easy and were so accommodating to my schedule, not to mention the friendly conversation and laughs that were shared while my engagement ring was getting cleaned, just because I was there. Antony and Ivor care about their work and about not just the customer but the person they are dealing with. Their knowledge is evident as any question I had could be answered in depth and in terms that made sense. I will be recommending to all my friends and could not see myself getting my rings from anywhere else. Thank you Antony and Ivor.

Anthony Potter Booked an appointment for a valuation days in advance, received a confirmation email, stood out front of business in the cold for 45mins. No answer on phone number provided and no reply to my email until next day only to be to that a valuer isnt on site anyway and Id have to leave my goods and that he never received my booking and he dosnt work Saturdays ( my booking was on a monday) yet I had received a confirmation of my booking and after all that not even and apologie. Levi J Visited 13/6/19 early afternoon,i was the only customer,two girls working,one immersed in her phone the other totally ignored me .They both then chatted,turned their backs to me.I walked around the display twice,still no service,not even eye contact! UNBELIEVABLE HOW YOU GET JOBS!
