Both Nicole and Tom welcomed me as a beginner and through their patient and supportive teaching, my practice continues to improve. Practicing yoga regularly has had far reaching benefits. I’ve come to know my body and my mind better – I feel stronger, more flexible and more aware. Nicole and Tom’s vast knowledge of yoga comes through in their teaching, so too does their genuine care and interest in my practice and their willingness to cater to any injuries I may be experiencing at the time. The studio is warm and inviting, and classes are always interesting, challenging and fun. Highly recommend.
