Clare Cairns Absolutely love this gym! Such a great atmosphere and has everything you need for a solid workout. The club manager and PT Jacki is amazing and I have seen so much progress since training with her!

Luke Russell Outstanding gym. Did a couple open gym dropins while on travel in Melbourne. Facility is top notch; spacious, clean, all the equipment a gym rat could ever dream of. The owners were warm, welcoming and had a rad dog. One of the best gyms I’ve been to!

Naomi Brown I came to Sydney on a work term and I felt I needed some structured exercise classes a few times week and I stumbled across Yoga in Motion. I have never been someone who practiced yoga and let alone enjoyed it, but can truly say I have been changed in the last month! I have taken classes mostly with Stephanie and she has been incredibly patient and supportive as I have experimented and became more confident in my practice. I highly recommend this studio for people of any level -as they have classes for people who are fresh into yoga, and those highly experienced yogis who have been at it for year. If want to be taught by experienced and caring teachers, then this is your studio!

Liza Heyneman I recently experienced a Sound Massage with Anke that enabled me to melt into the massage table allowing me to completely rest and relax. I felt completely held, safe and comfortable with Anke, her presence is very calming and soothing which also lends her space to be very serene also. I would highly recommend experiencing a Sound Massage with Anke and I’m sure I will be back to explore more of her offerings in the future.

Bianca Hubble Gorgeous Studio with a lovely vibe. Good selection of classes and class times. All of the teachers I have had classes with have been fantastic, they really know their yoga and make the classes both informative and fun! I always walk out of there feeling fabulous and wish I could practice there everyday! I couldnt recommend this studio highly enough.
