1 /5 Ella Johnston: Crap customer service. Sold me a watch with scratches on it and dirty ! Customer service is extremely low across the board. I have purchased a couple of items across different occasions, but the level of rudeness and entitlement is a disgrace. Products are poor quality I’d never purchase here again. I will be requesting a refund.

5 /5 Georgia Gorringe: I have always received excellent service from the team at the Zamels store in Fountain Gate. They are so helpful and kind, and today was no exception. They helped me find the perfect piece, and even gave extra options for the broken chain I brought in that had been deemed "faulty and unrepairable" by other jewellers I always leave their store feeling happy, heard, and with a beautiful piece of jewellery.

2 /5 Terri-Ann Riddle: The actual in store Zamels Staff themselves at FountainGate were fantastic and I cannot fault them. Sadly the same cannot be said for Head Office. I purchased a Sterling Silver chain for my locket, and it broke within 3 weeks of purchase. After contacting Head Office through email and requesting a refund, all I have received is the run-around. Even tho it is clear the chain is not fit for purpose and I am well within my ACCC rights to request a refund after showing my bank receipt!

1 /5 Zuhal ROFI: The man working there was extremely rude for no reason I bought a ring from Cranbourne but decided to exchange it at fountain gate cause I’m more closer there and he says if u bought it from Cranbourne why are u exchanging it here in a very rude tone, he put the set of rings away and I asked him nicely if I could see them again and he goes I JUST HAD THEM THERE BEFORE and rolled his eyes, thanks to him I will not be purchasing or entering Zamels again. The worst customer service ever.
