Cynthia Chen Very Bad experience when I decided to stop the membership. I spoke to the new owner Heidi on the phone and via text, she acknowledged my request, but never put in action. After three months, I called ad she finally told me i need to email or put in a form to stop the membership. She could simply remind me when I raised my request, but according to her words, its a business to run. So she can pretend I never said anything And kept charging me money. Please be careful whdn you sign up. I would not recommend this gym.

Alexandra Kavouras Sophia is not only an amazing coach, she is also such a sweet person! My fast metabolism made it difficult for me to gain weight before I started training with her and no matter what I did, it didnt work. At first I was very insecure about my body since I was so thin, but over time I have managed to gain healthy weight and both I and those around me have noticed a significant improvement. She has not only helped me physically but also mentally. I feel like my body has never looked better and I have more confidence for the first time in my life all because of Sophia! She is a great listener as well and I couldnt have done it without her. 1000% recommend her.
