Peter Simpson Having being informed that a disgraced former Victorian LNP MP (Google Rosie Batty speech to Vic Parliament) was employed at Parke, I recently retrieved personal docs from their safe and will never do business with them whilst this person is employed there. Firstly they wanted me to email a copy of my passport and drivers license. Very safe and secure - not. I didnt. Then it took four business days to get my docs, as their safe isnt on premises and they can only be bothered to go there on Mondays, and in my case they only went on the Tuesday. Stay away!

Vendor did not pay building insurance but this business and the vendor claims it was paid, yet they cannot produce proof of payment to support their claims. As a result the insurance company short-termed policy based on missing payment. They knowingly used a misleading certificate of insurance to steal money.

Belle-May I feel compelled to share my personal experience with Fiona McGregor Family Lawyer Pty Ltd, which has left me with serious concerns. In my dealings with this firm, I found the tone and timing of their correspondence to be highly inflammatory and, in my view, more likely to escalate conflict than resolve it. This gave me the distinct impression that the communications were designed to support ongoing patterns of control and intimidation particularly in a family law setting, where I believe vulnerable parties should be met with care and fairness. It is my opinion that the conduct experienced prioritised aggression over resolution and risked enabling dynamics that resemble emotional abuse. While I understand that lawyers must advocate for their clients, I also believe that legal professionals have a responsibility to act with integrity and to avoid contributing to further harm, especially where children and family safety are involved. This review reflects my personal experience and views only.
