1 /5 Tayha Jackson: Last year I lived off the “No-Nana” bowl as I have a banana allergy. I came in today to get an açai bowl I had been craving and was met with a new menu where ALL bases are now mixed with banana. Very unfortunate for someone with a banana allergy. I will now have to go to YOMG in Frankston, although further, much better price point, customisable & allergy friendly. Will never be back to Açai Brothers Langwarrin.

1 /5 Maria Casicas: Made an order through ubereats, ordered a create your own juice which arrived INCREDIBLY pulpy and inedible. Clearly some careless mistake; empty your juicer bin so it can strain properly and make JUICES. I called the number many times for assistance with this issue but was not able to get through at all. I require a full refund. Poor service and products.

2 /5 Kim Stockton: This was my go to place ever since they opened, buying up to 10 bowls a week for myself and my grandchildren. Bowls were always great and service was really friendly. Unfortunately things have gone downhill since it changed hands. Besides the bowls being generally of poorer quality and often quite runny, I have had instances of: • plastic in a bowl (I’m thankful it wasn’t one I had bought for my grandkids as it could have been extremely dangerous due to the pieces being big enough to choke a small child) We did send an email regarding this but got no reply. • missing items from orders • very undercooked toasties • very overripe fruit • staff often standing around on their phones • protein powder sprinkled on top of the Acai and not mixed through. • Very little fruit on bowls. • Special promotions not applied. • under-filled bowls I have been patient and given it a go thinking maybe there were teething issues but things have not really improved.
