1 /5 Jack Dilosa: Food arrived 1.5HR later ….no communication about delay. I went to the store 1.15hr in to pickup food but they advised it had left 10-15 minutes before hand. I thought it would be back within 10 mins by the time I got back to my house however it wasn’t. I called up again and was advised the driver had 5 deliveries and my order was still on the way. Food came 1.5hrs from order and it was all cold…..and the quality …I’m shocked. Looks like a Aussie frozen burger from the supermarket.

1 /5 Lisa ODriscoll: Used to love this place and the burgers used to be very filling and yummy. Went recently and waited 40 mins for two burgers. When we went to enquire about our order they had been forgotten and the lady was frantically making them up. She had also been left on her own to cook, serve and make up ice creams why the boy went to deliver an order. When we got them they were very overcooked after being reheated. Was very disappointed considering there had only been three orders before us and we still left hungry afterwards. Won’t be going back.

1 /5 Sarah Isaac: Waited over 30 mins for 1 burger, only to be told the food was forgotten. After having to re-order the burger, we went home to find the wrong burger was given. No compensation or refund was given yet the worker was able to give free ice cream to a whole group of teenage girls while preparing our order late and wrong. Very poor service.

5 /5 Samuel Holt: 3 stars average is rough, insanely rough. Very fair prices for solid burgers, great chips, all next to a lovely beach. So what if you have to wait 10 min more than usual? Quality food next to a great location.

1 /5 Paul McIntosh: Extremely disappointed!! The burgers had no sauce, no fillings or if there was, it was minuscule and was not worth the money. $14 for a cheeseburger with no cheese... so a basic overcooked bland patty on an oversized bun. Meat to bun ratio was atrocious. Thank God we didnt attempt a gluten free bun. We were disappointed in all our meals. Our girls refused to finish their meals or were unsatisfied. And the meals DIDNT EVEN COME WITH CHIPS... they were an extra $9 per serve For the price we paid and the quality of the dishes, we definitely paid more for their rent than their ability to provide an enjoyable meal.
