Konfusion K Great food and drinks. Generous serving size. Most of the dishes were delicious except the Marmite Sauce with Pork Ribs - the sauce was way too strong and overpowered the ribs. The Prawn Wonton Noodle Soup was okay, not much flavour in both the soup and wontons. The boss, who took our order was very friendly and understanding and apologised when we got served the wrong dish. Will definitely be back to try some other stuff on their menu.

Paul Prakongsunt Good place for lunch at M City. Tasty pork dumplings, Silken Tofu and Fried Wonton are nice. Fried Rice however is way too salty. I have a mixed feeling for service though. 2 waitresses on the floor. One is so nice and friendly but the other one with mask on is not so nice. If you pay no mind on that moody waitress, this is a good spot for lunch.

Carina ZENG Absolutely love this place! SanGu Spicy Pot offers one of the best customizable Sichuan-style spicy pots lve tried. The ingredients are always fresh and neatly displayed — from meats to vegetables and all sorts of delicious add-ons. The staff keep everything clean and organized, and the signage makes it super easy to follow the self-serve process.

Khanh Linh Dao The overall rating on Google might make you hesitate, but as an Asian, I can confidently say the food here is super good. After my third visit, I finally decided to leave a review, so please trust what I say. This restaurant is definitely a hidden gem. It’s very local and very authentic. The first time I came here was quite random. We just wanted to try something new, but the place didn’t disappoint at all. The food tastes authentic, and the ladies here are really friendly and welcoming. The staff may not be fluent in English but they are really nice and warm, pls be kind with them and speak slowly, they will understand. The prices are very affordable. I often see many elderly people and regular customers eating here, which really confirms the quality of the food. The important thing is that elderly people and regular customers usually don’t leave reviews on Google hehe I highly recommend the combination congee. It’s really, really good. The roast duck is excellent, the steamed free-range chicken is also very delicious, and I especially love their special fried rice. Overall, this is a place I would definitely come back to and highly recommend to anyone looking for authentic local food. It’s not for those looking for something fancy, but if you’re looking for something authentic and local, this is the place for you.

SK Lim Been a fair few years since I visited the Clayton shops. Wanted a nice lunch and wanted Japanese. Remembered having great lunches at Chayo years ago (2017-2019) when I was working in Mulgrave. Was pleased to find the cafe there and good crowd. Ordered the Teriyaki Salmon and ice latte and thoroughly enjoyed my meal - ice latte was very good too. Great customer service and will definitely return.

Gayan Anushka Tennakoon I had lunch at Gami Gedara, and it was one of the best meals I’ve had in my life. The food was incredibly delicious, full of authentic Sri Lankan flavours, and tasted just like home-cooked meals. Great portion sizes, friendly staff, and a very welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely come back again.

Eric K Original small restaurant located in an arcade. There is a newer restaurant opposite with more seating. Laksa (8/10) - Tried chicken only Aud14, and seafood and chicken combination Aud15. Both tasted excellent but the broth was not as tasty as Papa Laksa (my personal favourite). Service (7/10) - It is more of a takeaway service. Ambience (7/10) - Limited small tables at the original store. Newer store has better ambience but kitchen is at the original store. Will definitely be back again.

Chongkai Sun Its been hot these days and I really wanted a lunch that isnt too hot. Then I thought of Korean cold noodles, and thats how I ended up here. The spicy sauce cold noodles were delicious, the texture of the noodles was great, the spicy sauce was really hot. There were also side dishes like bean sprouts, kimchi, and fish cakes which were nicely presented. The Korean fried chicken with sweet and spicy sauce was fantastic too, and the drinks were very refreshing. I also like the decor of this place which has a very Korean style

Tripti Goyal We absolutely love Tikka Junction in Clayton! The food is always exceptional — fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. Every dish bursts with authentic taste and creativity. Sunny, the owner and head chef, has crafted a diverse menu that truly caters to all palates. We’ve dined in, ordered takeaway, and even had Tikka Lounge cater our office-warming party — a high-end event for over 150 guests from the financial industry. He was professional, service was excellent and the food was incredible! Sunny and his team never disappoint — their professionalism, passion, and attention to detail make every experience memorable. I would Highly recommend Tikka Junction for anyone looking for delicious food, warm service, and genuine hospitality!
