5 /5 Ümit Büyüköz: This newly opened burger joint is sure to do very well in the near future. They make truly delicious burgers. The owner and team are very kind and helpful. Fast service is also a plus, as Im very lucky to have it so close to my home. Its also across from Oak Park Station, which is a huge plus. I highly recommend it.

My kids loved the Chook Crispy Fried Chicken Burger that’s Crispy, golden, and perfectly seasoned. Every bite was packed with flavour and just the right crunch. You can also opt in for a spicy one if you like abit of spices. My personal fave was The Double Unda Smoke Burger that’s Smoky, juicy, and indulgent. Two patties of pure burger heaven that hit all the right notes! Perfect for beef lovers You can also have a Juicy Grilled Burger with Chips. Sometimes simple really is best. Perfectly grilled, juicy, and paired with crispy chips! If you’re in Melbourne and craving halal burgers done right, Down Unda Burger is an absolute must-try. Family-friendly, flavour-packed, and super satisfying! The staff is very friendly and we’ll definitely be back!

4 /5 Shaun DMonte: @DownUndaBurgers is a food truck a stones throw away from the Oak Park train station by the Snell Grove strip. Id popped by and got the single cheeseburger and large fries. I was expecting shoestring fries but these are more like the fish and chip variety, thicker, but still fluffy on the inside, crunchy on the outside, well seasoned with a lovely chicken salt that keeps you coming back for more, and the chip length is smaller. Very generous amount for a large serve of chips. The burger is very small so if youre really hungry you can opt for a double pattie. The gooey cheese has melted in and biting in presents a good burger. The beef patty is well cooked but needs a bit more seasoning and flavour and no juiciness oozes from the patty. Theres no grill flavour or if one opted for smashing it one could get a bit of crispness on the edges for example. I found the burger a bit too sweet. The tomato relish is lovely but its sweetness is a bit much for my liking. The slightly acidic pickles seem to have absorbed the sweetness as well.
