5 /5 Julewen Rany: When I tell you that these are the best dumplings I’ve ever had my whole life, these ARE the best dumplings. I’ve only had dumplings in maybe 4 restaurants in Auckland, homemade from a Chinese grandmother, and probably 5 restaurants in Melbourne so maybe my word isn’t as credible but these are genuinely so delicious. The beef and the pork dumplings have its own seasonings and whenever I ask anyone who I’m with which one they prefer, no one can choose cause they’re both good and not just a copycat of another but with different meat. Not only that, the owners a lovely person who always has a smile on his face. Come here for dumplings. Don’t mind that it’s in a mall food court, the ambiance isn’t that great but if you’re ever around this area, make a stop and eat them fresh right away. Make sure to have a handful of napkins because these dumplings are juicy as.

3 /5 Gee Gee: I liked the food here but it’s a takeaway joint in a concrete hangar and the food is charged as though it was a restaurant with service. The fried rice was my favourite, full of flavour and given more than just a quick pass in the wok. The dumplings had a decent amount of filling but weren’t fried enough for my liking. Finally, the green beans were slightly over cooked and didn’t have that snap that’s so important. Overall, not a bad meal but I can’t get over the setting.
