5 /5 David Freeman: So I wanted to see what all the hype has been about and I’m so glad I did. So for my first experience I decided on the Crispy Box as I was going thru drive-thru and it was awesome. I’ve never had such a thick and juicy chicken burger that tasted so good, and I’m talking almost three times as thick as the apparent “finger licking good” brand. The tender and piece of chicken was the same and tasted awesome, I’m also not a fan of too much salt, but these chips were perfectly seasoned and to top it off the sweet and spicy sauce was great. I’m definitely going back to try something different next time and I highly recommend El Jannah Chicken (like most others)

5 /5 Sophia Y Binh: I had dinner at El Jannah Chicken in Tarneit tonight and ordered the Whole Chicken Meal. The experience was excellent in both food quality and service. The whole chicken was roasted perfectly, with golden, aromatic skin and juicy, flavorful meat—especially delicious when paired with their signature garlic sauce. The meal came with wedge pickles, garlic sauce, one bag of bread, large chips, and two drinks. I swapped one Pepsi for a Lipton and only needed to add $1, which was convenient and flexible. The chips were hot and crispy without being oily. The bread was soft and warm, perfect with the garlic sauce. The pickles had a light tanginess that balanced the richness of the roasted chicken. The restaurant was clean, and the staff were quick and friendly. For such a generous serving, the value was definitely worth it.

5 /5 Mehran RH: As always amazing food. I have el Jannah since 2011 when they were a small outfit in Granville. This store in particular is clean, staff here are are professional and friendly. Service is fast! Enjoy.

3 /5 Oscar Villalobos: ​I visited the new El Jannah location in Tarneit recently, and while the atmosphere is impressive, the food didnt quite hit the mark I’ve come to expect from the brand. ​The Atmosphere ​The venue itself is immaculately clean. It is bright, inviting, and there is light everywhere, making it a very comfortable spot for a sit-down meal. The staff clearly take pride in maintaining the physical space. ​The Food Quality ​Unfortunately, the experience was let down by the chicken itself. It seems they are cooking too much, too fast; there were clearly more chickens stacked in the display than there were customers to eat them. ​Because of this over-preparation: ​Temperature: My portion was served cold, which significantly diminished the overall taste. ​Texture: Compared to other venues from this same franchisee, the breast meat was notably dry and lacked flavor. ​It feels like the kitchen is prioritizing speed over the juicy, charcoal-grilled quality El Jannah is known for. I hope they can balance their cooking rotation better in the future, as the venue has great potential.
