Natasha Maruszewski We preordered through the app and arrived at the selected pickup time, but staff didn’t seem aware that our order was ready. After asking once and then again about 20 minutes later, we were told it had been sitting there the whole time, so the food had gone cold. The staff appeared flustered and unsure of what was happening, despite the restaurant not being busy.
Unfortunately, the food itself was also disappointing. The chicken pieces were extremely overcooked to the point of being dry and crumbly, and the burger was very average.
We’ve always loved Grill’d and usually find the quality to be excellent, which is why this experience stood out. Hopefully it was just an off day and not a reflection of ongoing management issues.
