5 /5 M N: We drove past this restaurant on the way home late at night while looking for food, and even though it was close to closing, they were kind enough to take us in. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food was fantastic. We ordered the steak and the linguine prawn pasta — both were full of flavour and beautifully cooked. I wish I could have taken more pictures, but we honestly just gobbled the food as soon as it arrived because it looked and tasted so good. My partner prefers steak medium-rare while I prefer mine closer to medium, and the staff noticed this without us even needing to ask. They kindly checked with the chef and had my portion cooked a little more, which was such a thoughtful and accommodating touch. On our way out, we thanked the chef and staff for a wonderful night. Truly great service and great food — definitely worth stopping by. Highly recommended.

5 /5 Karen Pricoli: We had breakfast, the Smashed avocado and Big Breakfast. Absolutely beautiful food, such big sizes and cooked perfectly. Welcoming and friendly staff, such a nice place to eat out. Coffee was perfect too, even got a takeaway dessert for later of lemon meringue! Only negative I can say is the knife was a little hard to cut through food. Maybe steak knives might be another option. We are looking forward to organising a dinner there for our next night out.

5 /5 Sean Griffin: I have only had meals as good as this when I use to live in Sydney in places like the centre point tower restaurant and Kravings near where I use to live. To the amazing staff your kindness and friendliness was one of the highlights of dinning in here. Ryan, Kate and Jenny the amazing, unique and wonderful staff that served us, with confidence, understanding and compassion and above all the love for their work. The kitchen should be extremely proud of their professionalism with the way the meals came out. My son loved the spaghetti bolognese. My daughter loved the chips and nuggets. My wife loved the marinara and I myself enjoyed the Morton bay bugs pasta. I will definitely be back for many more meals, anniversaries and birthdays. The owner should be extremely proud of there accomplishment and staff.

5 /5 Tara Pryde: What a treat! I have found my new favourite cafe. 5 stars all the way. The food, the staff, the atmosphere, all on point. I ordered the mushroom medley and it was divine. The was go as far to start it is the best Ive had. It was an absolute pleasure meeting the owner and his beautiful father. This place has the most interesting decor. The vintage suitcases being my favourite. Conveniently located near Carrum train station and the beach. It was the perfect sunday date. Thank you Freddie, Kate, and the team for a wonderful experience.

5 /5 Lizzard: Place was packed for Sunday breakfast! We didn’t book & they found us a table, saying they’d move others around. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, food took a while, only because they were so busy, we didn’t mind - gave us more time to chat. I had soy dirty chai - was so yum!
