5 /5 Kevin Davis: Had the couples pack from here tonight and after reading the reviews was pleasantly surprised to have a great meal. Everything was fresh. The fish was delicious, crispy, tender and well seasoned. The potato cakes and chips were great. The dim Sims were very tasty and worth the money. I would 100% return to this store and have a meal any day of the week. For anyone who is doubting going here because of the reviews give it a go and see what happens. The store was super busy and ended up having to stop taking orders early to make sure everyones order was fulfilled.

The flake was tasty, and I really appreciated getting real calamari instead of the rubbery ring imposters you see elsewhere. Hotdog in batter was a winner. South Melbourne dim sim had good flavour but could’ve stayed in the fryer just a little longer, and a heavy hand with the salt made both the chips and dim sim a bit too much. Potato cakes didn’t quite hit that crispy crunch I was hoping for. Biggest disappointment was the jam donut — we ordered a hot battered one (the thing we were most excited about) but ended up with a cold, non-battered version. For almost $70, I was hoping for a bit more consistency. Still, not a bad stop when you’re out and about. A few tweaks — less salt, crispier spuds, and that jam donut done right — and it’d be a great little fish & chip spot.”

5 /5 Sara Rose: I went here on my way home from work. The staff were very friendly and easy to communicate with as they were deaf aware. I placed my order by writing what I would like and they responded by writing back to me. They wrote me a cheery note on my food wrapping to wish me a great night. The food was delicious and so fresh. I will go there again.
