Amina Qumar Shah Oak & Fork is proudly Perth’s first halal modern Australian Restaurant.
We kicked off with the Trio Dip Platter with warm Turkish bread fresh, creamy and perfect for sharing. The Spicy Buffalo Wings were crunchy, tangy, and balanced beautifully with buttermilk ranch, while the Chicken Cheese Croquettes were golden bites of cheesy, comforting goodness.
For mains, we went all out – the Garlic Kissed Barramundi with creamy garlic sauce and rice was rich and flavourful, the Chicken Parmigiana came loaded with cheese and sauce, the Porterhouse Steak was tender and grilled to perfection, and the Wagyu Smash Cheese Burger was juicy, cheesy, and satisfying.
