KFC Fawkner - Food VIC

1 /5 Mubeen Riaz: I had one of the worst fast-food experiences ever at the Fawkner KFC branch. The customer service was absolutely terrible – staff at the drive-through window were rude, careless, and had zero interest in serving properly. If this is the standard of hospitality at this store, it is truly unacceptable. The food itself was just as disappointing. What I received was poorly cooked, bland, and far from fresh. It honestly felt like no effort was made at all in preparing the order. For a global brand like KFC that promises consistency, this branch completely fails to deliver even the basics. What shocked me the most, however, was the state of the kitchen. From the drive-through window I could clearly see how dirty, messy, and unhygienic it was. Food preparation areas looked like they hadn’t been cleaned properly in a long time, and staff seemed to have no regard for cleanliness. This raises serious concerns about food safety, and I can only imagine how many people have been served meals prepared in such conditions. Overall, this store is an embarrassment to the KFC name. It was a complete waste of time and money, and I would strongly recommend avoiding this branch altogether. Until management steps in and fixes the disgraceful service, poor food standards, and shocking hygiene, this location deserves nothing more than a 1-star rating.

3 /5 Muhammad Dzariif Mohammad Hakim: I would usually avoid KFC as it has always been unsatisfactory so far. But this time, I think would be the last I am giving it another chance. Bought Zinger box and received 2 extremely small chicken (like a Maryland fillet cut into three, and I was given 2 out of 3 parts). Service via drive thru was fine.

5 /5 Laura Boyall: KFC Fawkner your food is terrible. It’s dry, overcooked and inedible. You really need to pick your game up. My daughter’s burger that had bacon on it, well it was like a piece of rubber and the chicken fillet was dry and overcooked. Original Crispy Burger, the chicken was overcooked too. The piece of chicken looked like someone had been picking at it. We won’t be going back there.

3 /5 Hussain Latif: We went there since it is the only halal certified branch that we are aware of (there are others in Melbourne area who claim their supplier supplies only halal chicken and point out which items are halal and which aren’t, but this branch actually displays a certificate.) And as with all the KFC branches we’ve been to in Melbourne area, this was equally disappointing. The burgers were fine, but the chicken pieces felt as if they’d been fried twice (thrice!) and in an oil that should’ve been replaced days ago (refer to the photo). Col. Sanders would not be too pleased.
