1 /5 Sarah: I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience here. I ordered two bowls of ramen, drinks and a poke bowl for takeout. I paid $62 for my meal only to receive what was essentially a bowl full of noodles and a tiny half container of broth, not nearly enough to even cover the noodles properly. When I called the store to ask about it, I was told that this is the standard amount of broth they provide for takeout orders. Honestly, where is the logic or common sense in that? Ramen without enough broth completely defeats the purpose. It felt like corners were being cut and the quality has clearly gone down. For the price, I expected much better portion balance and overall quality. Very disappointing experience and I do not recommend this place to anyone as quality has gone downhill.

1 /5 Matthew: Probably one of the worst ramen Ive had. My Nongshim instant noodles taste better. My pork katsu was overcooked, tough and tasted slightly sour. The curry tasted like one of the instant ones. Wont be back.

5 /5 Elian T: Their portion sizes are generous, if you have a small appetite and eating with two. I would recommend sharing. I like their customisable options and their vibe is nice. Whoever has the playlist going, knows what they are doing. Really enjoy this location after a gym session.

3 /5 T in Melb: The serving sizes are generous and lots of sauce is drizzled within the poke bowls. I liked the modern atmosphere and how clean it was. Service is mostly minimal as you can order at the counter or on your phone but you dont really need/have any interaction. The let down was the flavour combination and the sauces we had (Yuzu soy was very salty and sesame sauce was ok). The pickled cabbage I assume is store bought from a packet - wasnt the best brand/didnt taste as nice as other pickled cabbage weve had. It did its job but didnt leave you wanting to keep eating or wanting more. I did appreciate that there were options to create your own bowl and customise. The drink wasnt great but that could be personal preference - however the seal was broken when we got the drink so it was already leaking. We ate in so it didnt really matter so we didnt bother asking for it to be fixed.

1 /5 Mele Paasi: Came here for lunch, not my first time. But first time ordering Hawaain poke bowl and Teriyaki beef. The kimchi in the beef bowl was rancid, tasted like alcohol and slimy which is a sign of kimchi being off. The hawaain bowl came with tuna and salmon. The salmon tasted mushy and warm, but the worst part was the crab meat. It was so bad, had a gross metallic taste that left a sour after taste in the mouth and was so hard to eat. I ate around it but it made my bowl taste off, paid $19 for it so I didnt want to let it slide so easily. I waited a while at the cash register for someone to address my food issues to, I had to call out to the back as a line was forming behind me to await assistance. They didnt compensate my meal but offered me a "side" at the value of $10, I was okay with this since I at most of my tuna (trying not to waste the food I ordered). Even the tempura prawns that they let me have free of charge were so bland and oily. Customer service was kind, the Asian girl with cute lashes was nice to me but the food needs desperate help otherwise we may have to report this establishment to health and safety.
