5 /5 Nancy Cao: I took my kids to Kingpin yesterday just before school started, and they absolutely had a blast! They played several games and had so much fun. A special shout-out to Emily at the entrance — she was incredibly nice and friendly and made us feel so welcome. She even surprised my kids with plush toys, which completely made our day! Such a pleasant experience with Kingpin and the whole team. We will definitely be back!

1 /5 Kelly Ngoh: VERY DISAPPOINTING visit to Kingpin Melbourne. It was crowded yesterday and we attended to the claw machine as we usually do, spent a couple of hundred dollars and managed to picked it up, we were suppose to get the prize but it got stuck like a system error. Told a staff, took them 15 minutes or more to come only to tell us, we need to pick another one up to push it. Ill let the videos and pictures explain itself and you can decide if it’s a players fault that it didn’t get our points. Then we moved to the axe game, not only it couldn’t stick like how we used to play but it always aims not as what was hit. It just took away all the fun. Several machines when we wanted to play was not working properly but no signs or maintenance was to be done. Several staffs were rude, and very adamant about not wanting to help us because it isn’t a system error but how the game suppose to work. We have been there for the same games, we clearly know what should usually work and what shouldnt. The only staff that was really accommodating and polite was Melody. She checked our points and helped us with the prize redemption, not sure why but when she first scanned our points it came out different when she scanned the second time, as stated from another review, there is clearly no way that without redeeming anything points go disappear. Please do better Kingpin. PS : She sent an email but did not called us back. It’s been a month and we haven’t receive her call back even though she said she will call us back.

5 /5 Gabrielle Mercieca: Really appreciate Whai being extremely helpful at the front desk. Not only was he informative and clear about our options, but he maintained a happy and smiley energy throughout the service. Kingpin is lucky to have Whai as one of their front of house staff! Our experience playing games and dining was a very positive one as well. I was particularly impressed with the game catering to kids who needed bumpers vs adults who didnt need bumpers, all in the one game - very handy. I cant wait to come back! Oh the roof is pretty cool too with the pins as decor :)

5 /5 Seungjae Oh: I used the Ultimate Holiday Pass, which included laser tag, bowling, and arcade credits, with my child. The facilities were spacious, and the food we ordered for the bowling games was delicious. Thanks to Joels meticulous attention to detail, we had a truly enjoyable time. I will definitely be back again.
