1 /5 Jonni Fedeze: We visited this restaurant with a large group of friends, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.
From the moment we arrived, there was no sense of hospitality. The staff were rude and unwelcoming, which immediately made us feel uncomfortable. The overall environment did not seem very clean, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the kitchen area.
The food was the biggest issue. Several dishes were left almost untouched because they had a strong sour or acidic smell, especially the sauces. The pizza was also very disappointing — it had almost no flavor, the mozzarella tasted sour, and the tomato sauce was not enjoyable.
We politely informed the staff that we were not satisfied, particularly since many plates were being sent back to the kitchen. Instead of handling the situation professionally, we were treated disrespectfully, accused of lying, and charged the full amount. We were even told not to return.
Only afterward did we read other reviews describing similar experiences. We have never been treated so poorly in a restaurant before.
We sincerely hope that proper checks on hygiene, food quality, and customer service will be carried out, as no customer should have this kind of experience. We noticed that the two brothers who manage the place have a rather unprofessional attitude. During our time there, we heard shouting coming from the kitchen and the pizzeria, which left us quite concerned.
After asking around, we heard that they had previously closed another business due to issues related to food quality and staff management. There are also claims that some employees were not paid properly or were paid in cash without contracts. We cannot confirm these details with certainty, but some of the situations we observed raised serious doubts.
We believe that inspections regarding hygiene and the treatment of both staff and customers would be appropriate, especially considering the many negative reviews reporting similar experiences.
In hindsight, we should have informed ourselves better before coming, knowing that these two brothers were managing the place. Unfortunately, our experience was negative.
