Little Growling Cafe - Food VIC

Sujoy Kundu I went yesterday for a family dinner. It was my second visit in last 6 months and like the previous one this visits experience was also very pleasant. I made a reservation beforehand but there was enough seating available. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although we had a small accident (a glass fell and broke) the staff was very careful to clean up all the glass around the table and made sure we are safe. Couple of them even tried to cheer my daughter as she was very upset that she broke the glass by mistake. The food was awesome as usual. We tried: Amritsari fish: 5/5 Chicken Malai Tikka: 5/5 Butter Chicken: 5/5 Goat Masala: 5/5 Garlic Naan: 5.5/5 (.5 extra for the size of the naan) Aam Panna: 5/5 (very refreshing) Hope to visit soon again.

Mudassir ALI Biryani is very tasty, full of rich flavour and perfectly cooked rice with tender meat

Samir Patel Went for dinner, dum biryani both chicken and mutton were yum, dhaba style curry had lovely flavours! Will be back for sure, must try if you havent been!

Nildip Gajera It was immense pleasure to have the food catered by SWAADESH for our little one’s birthday party. The food was very hot and delicious as promised by Kinjalbhai. All our guests were very happy with this finger-licking food and kept praising it. The food was prepared with a personal touch yet very professionally presented. We are so glad to have found Kinjalbhai as without saying he will be catering for all our upcoming events.

Sangeeta Sahu Their Bombay Vada pav is out of the world and I say it as a Mumbaikar myself! In all these years in Melbourne, never found a vada pav that tasted so perfect and spicy like the ones here. I ate two and took home three coz I never know when I can get same one again. Must visit place. Their food, ambience and hospitality is amazing and everything on the menu is cheap and reasonably priced.

Ritu Ingrole Good service and excellent taste. We had event catering done by bhaiya jis team, with live pani puri, khaman, sandwich and chole bhature and were very impressed with the service. Everything was as expected and discussed. Team arrived at time and did the set up quickly and started servicing. They were very attentive of guests needs.

Muhammed Umer Really tasty mandi. Chicken was moist and well marinated. Had the right balance of spice, nuts and oil. Complimentary tea was nice and a big plus! I highly recommend eating here.

Sharon Henderson First time visit while waiting for an appointment. Had the southern fried chicken burger and the Turkish eggs. Chicken burger was one of the best he has ever had. Crunch, juicy and so well seasoned, soft bun. All round deliciousness. Eggs were also great. Service was super friendly. Lots of customers meant lots of noise but we could still talk and hear each other.

Garima Sayss Had such a nice experience here. The staff were really friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in, and the service was great throughout. The samosas were fresh and crispy, and the jalebi was perfect.

Anwar Authentic Hyderabadi-style haleem in Melbourne’s West! The taste instantly reminded me of Hyderabad — rich, slow-cooked, and full of deep, traditional flavours. The texture was perfectly smooth and creamy, with tender meat blended beautifully into the lentils.
