5 /5 Ozgur Huseyin: Honest feedback only. The restaurant certainly isn’t well presented. It doesn’t cater for ANY DINE options which didn’t bother me as I was more interested in the quality of the food. Customer service: 10/10. Very friendly, very welcoming and whilst I knew what I wanted to order, I asked for recommendations. I ended up adding a dish I hadn’t plan to purchase but lucky I did. Food: 11/10. They’ve absolutely nailed their butter chicken and paneer palak. This is definitely one of the tastier and tender Indian meals I’ve had in a while. The naan is cooked to perfection and cut in half for convenience ( whilst almost everyone else just puts the entire naan bread in the bag and you ripping to various pieces at home). Price: Just where it needs to be. Not cheap, not expensive. Can’t wait to go back!

4 /5 Ben: Friendly service and lamb rogan josh was very tasty. Good flavour and spice level but you need to cook the meat much longer until it is tender. Some of the pieces were very chewy and tough, I had to put some in the bin

2 /5 Uday Karki: Always liked the food from the place but did a mistake of choosing the delivery option from the website!!!! My only suggestion to Masala Kitchen; Please remove the option of delivery from your website. If food takes 1.5 to 2 hrs to be delivered, why is this even the option!!!!

1 /5 Saurabh Vashisth: I ordered the butter chicken from this restaurant, and I was extremely disappointed. Butter chicken should have a rich, creamy texture with well-balanced spices, but what I received was nowhere near that. It looked like someone just threw chunks of chicken into plain tomato paste with hardly any flavor or seasoning. There was no depth to the sauce, no hint of the buttery, slightly smoky taste that makes butter chicken special. For the price, I expected much more authentic quality. Sadly, I won’t be ordering from here again.

1 /5 Sidhartha Priyadarshi: I am not a person to post reviews when something is average or good. I post it when either things are exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. And this restaurant is unfortunately extremely bad. Order malai tikka and was delivered something floating in water. Gave a call to the restaurant and they tried to teach me that the liquid is yoghurt and marinate. Its a tandoor/grilled item. Why exactly will it be floating in any sort of liquid is beyond me. They said they will replace it and then delivered me after 20 mins and again it was the same, even after discussing this with them. Sent both packs back with the delivery guy and told him that I dont need any refund. Imagine placing a food order, waiting around 1.5 hrs and its not even edible. You need to fire the chef who thinks that this abomination is malai tikka.
